10 amazing tips to stay motivated to work out!

This blog is dedicated to the girls who love the benefits of working out and for those who are lacking some motivation at this present time. 1. Get a routine going. It’s very important to set up a routine for when you will work out. Does mornings work OR weekends? If you need to schedule it in on a calender, then that’s what you must do to get the benefits from such hard work. A routine can help you to get up and go even when you feel like you might not want to. 2. Play work out motivation music. I suggest motivation work out music as it can get you in the right mindset when feeling a bit low in the motivation department to get on your running trousers. Spotify has an awesome collection of various work out playlists and can keep you inspired for your goals as you move. 3. Get a personal trainer. A personal trainer is important and is helpful in keeping you accountable with your fitness plan or programme. They can motivate you and push you to reach your goals. Working with the right personal trainer can be intense but worthwhile if you put the work in. 4. Track fitness experts via YouTube or their blogs and track your own progress with your goals. If you are trying to lose weight, have a monthly track sheet to monitor your progress. Track fitness professionals on YouTube and watch their work out videos when you are at home to stay inspired. This won’t be your regular routine or plan. It should be something you incorporate if you can’t get to the gym or when you want to get pumped before your real work out. YouTube fitness professional also show you how to use certain gym machines so you know you’re doing it right. We are all different and it’s important to know how many reps you need to do for a certain amount of time under specific exercises. 5. Have gym equipment in your environment. It’s handy to have some gym equipment in your space so just in case you can’t get to the gym but would rather do something than nothing. If you have things in your space, it can remind and keep you motivated for what you need to do to reach your fitness goals. 6. Get an exercise buddy if you can’t afford a personal trainer or in addition to one. If you have a friend who is always at the gym and motivated it can encourage you more to work harder to reach your goals. Go to classes together and cook healthy meals together. If she’s single, go speed dating together and remind each other that you are CUAOs. 7. Schedule paid gym classes in advance. If you schedule these ahead of time, it will motivate you go to even if you don’t want to because you paid for it already and you will be expected to turn up. That hot guy in the Pilates or cardio class might be hoping it’s his chance to talk to you tonight and get your number. Don’t miss it. 8. Eat clean. Your body is sacred. When you have self love and confidence that’s how you see your body. As you see yourself this way you are mindful of what you put in and on your body. Eat lots of green vegetables, whole foods, fruits, cut down on milk and cut out sugar. 9. Have a work out journal. Get a work out journal going. Write down what exercises you enjoy, the ones that work and the ones that didn’t work. Talk about what your body is responding to and how you feel after exercising. There are many purposes for this record keeping but the main one here is for positive association mentally and physically to keep you motivated to work out. 10. Make a decision to do it for you. Everything starts with awareness then a decision. If you have  low confidence  then admit that to yourself you then have a decision to make. If you are on drugs you have to admit you have a problem then choices are made. If you want to have a light and breezy attitude, it is a choice. If you want to look good and reach your goals then you will need to make up your mind to do whatever it takes whether it’s working out 3 times a week or 4 times. If you are going to hire a trainer or do it alone. Own your goals and own your results because you get what you put in. Now… what choice are you going to make…gym or ice cream? Gym or pain? Gym or looking great & feeling healthy? Final tip: If you are trying to lose weight, a good tool to use is my fitness pal  and  fooducate .
